Right after checkout, you're automatically taken to your downloads page with a "Download Your Book (PDF)" button. We also send a confirmation email with the same link, in case you need to come back to it later.
Can't find your download?

- The email includes a direct link back to your downloads page — it never expires

Every book purchase includes the audiobook at no extra cost, delivered through BookFunnel. You have three ways to listen — pick whichever fits how you like to read:

Step-by-step: Listening in the BookFunnel App

Click "Listen to the Audiobook" from your confirmation email or your downloads page.

Click "Start Listening" on the BookFunnel page that opens.

Choose "Listen in the BookFunnel App" from the options shown.

Copy the short book code shown on that screen.

New here? Tap "Install the App" and download it free from the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore. Already have it? Skip to the next step.

Tap "Open in BookFunnel App" — this switches you over into the app itself.

Paste or type in your book code and tap Submit — your audiobook is added to your library and ready to listen, right in the app.
💡 Tip: Your book code doesn't expire, so you can always come back and redeem it later — no rush. If you'd rather skip the app entirely, choose "Listen in Your Browser" or "Download MP3s" instead in step 3.
🎁 Gifting a Book
Can I give a book to someone else?
Yes — if you buy more than one copy of a book, you can send the extra copies straight to a friend's inbox. Look for the "🎁 Gift a Copy" section on your downloads page after checkout.
Why can't I gift a copy if I only bought one?
Your purchase always includes your own copy first. Buy 2 copies to gift 1, buy 3 to gift 2, and so on — this keeps your download and any gifts you send as separate copies.
Does the recipient need to pay anything?
No. They'll get an email with a private link to their own copy of the ebook and audiobook, completely free.
What if I run out of copies to send?
You'll see "0 remaining" next to that book on your downloads page. To gift more, purchase additional copies.
The "Gift a Copy" section isn't showing up on my phone — what do I do?
On some mobile devices, this section can take a moment to load or may not appear right away. If you don't see it, copy your downloads page link from the confirmation email and paste it into a desktop or laptop browser instead — it will show up there. If it's still missing after that, contact us and we'll sort it out.
💳 Orders & Refunds
What's your refund policy?
Because these are digital products, sales are generally final. That said, if something's technically wrong with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order and we'll work with you in good faith to make it right. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Where can I find my Order ID?
It's in your confirmation email receipt, and on your downloads page. Mention it if you contact support about an order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details directly.
